In the service, you can see that a shipment has arrived by hovering over the dot under Status in the main screen for a specific entry/pre-notification. The status released by PCS and Inspection by Customs indicates that the shipment has been successfully received at the terminal.
Once the equipment has been successfully received at the terminal, only the terminal can make changes. Provided the shipment is not listed on a manifest.
