Add and adjust executing charter in Hinterland Container Notification Road

When a driver checks in at the terminal, some terminals verify whether the EAN number of the Cargo Card matches the EAN number in the pre-notification.

When a driver checks in with a cargo card from a temporary employment agency, this temporary employment agency must be entered as the executing charter on the pre-notification in HCN Road.

Add an executing charter

Follow the steps below to add the executing charter for a visit:

1. Click Add handling at the top right of the pre-notification overview.
2. Enter all information for the pre-notification and scroll down to executing charter.
3. Enter the executing charter and click Submit pre-notification to submit the pre-notification including the executing charter.

Adjust an executing charter

Follow the steps below to adjust the executing charter for a visit:

1. Click Actions to the right of the visit you want to edit.
2. Click Update visit. Here you can adjust the executing charter.
3. Click Update visit to save the changes.
