Adjust executing charter in Hinterland Container Notification Road

When a driver registers at the terminal, some terminals review whether the EAN number of the Cargo Card matches the EAN number in the prenotification.

When a driver with a cargo card from an employment agency registers, this employment agency must be entered as the executing charter in the prenotification in HCN Road.

Follow the steps below to adjust the executing charter of a visit:

1. Click on Actions to the right of the visit you want to edit.
2. Click on Update visit. Here you can adjust the executing charter.
3. Click on the Update visit button to save the changes.
