A notification can be adjusted or deleted by the forwarder who created the notification. The forwarder can adjust the notification until the arrival notification has been accepted by Customs; at this point, the cargo has arrived at the terminal. After the cargo has arrived at the terminal, only the terminal can make adjustments until the export manifest has been sent.
First, check whether the cargo has arrived at the terminal. The article How do I know if equipment has been received at the terminal in Notification Export Documentation? describes where you can see this.

The cargo has been received at the terminal
Depending on the terminal, changes are made via the terminal or carrier. In the article Contact details of terminals for the export process you can find the contact details of the terminals and read how a change can be arranged.
Portbase Customer Service can make no changes in the service.
