A notification can be adjusted or deleted by the forwarder who submitted the notification when the cargo has not yet arrived at the terminal or if the document has been rejected by Customs. After the cargo has arrived at the terminal and the document has been accepted, only the terminal can make adjustments up to the moment the export manifest has been sent.
First, check whether the cargo has arrived at the terminal. The article How do I know whether equipment has been received at the terminal in Notification Export Documentation? describes where you can see this.
