What should I do if my transhipment container has been discharged at a different terminal?

If your transhipment container has been discharged at a different terminal, follow these steps:

  1. Do not cancel the REN in the Transhipment Service
  2. Update the discharge terminal in Cargo Declaration Import and resubmit;
  3. Update the discharge terminal in the NID (Import Declaration Notification);
    • If the terminal has NID 2.0, withdraw your NID, make the necessary changes and resubmit
    • If the terminal does not have NID 2.0, contact the terminal and inform them, update your NID and resubmit;
