The Port Community System (PCS) is unavailable
During the disruption
You can request your cargo details directly from the carrier. If you receive releases from the carrier via Cargo Release Manager (through the Secure Chain) and you cannot wait until the disruption is over, ask the carrier to withdraw the release via Cargo Release Manager and to release the container using the old procedure.
After the disruption
You can use Cargo Release Manager again.
