Requesting cargo opening and closing
As an inland operator, you can request the cargo opening and closing and the ETA/ETD at APMII by manually linking a handling to an ocean vessel. This can be done by entering the ocean vessel in the field below in the prenotification where the container is being transported.
Ocean vessel change
If there is a change in the ocean vessel where your container is being transported, this will not be automatically updated. You need to manually implement this change yourself, otherwise incorrect information will be displayed for the relevant prenotification.
You can change the ocean vessel by clicking on Details to the right of your prenotification and then clicking on Edit at the top right of the screen. For Secure Chain containers, the ocean vessel will be automatically filled in within the prenotification. This information is included in the Secure Chain dossier.
The information within HCN Road
The information is displayed in several places within HCN Road.

For both pick-up and drop-off containers, the ETA/ETD information can be found by clicking on Details to the right of a handling.

The ETA/ETD information is also displayed when you hover over the ocean vessel in the main screen of the dashboard.
Related to
