Requesting cargo opening/closing or ETA/ETD from APMII

Requesting cargo opening and closing

As an inland operator, you can request the cargo opening and closing and the ETA/ETD from APMII by manually linking a handling to a sea-going vessel. You can do this by entering, in the pre-notification, the sea-going vessel in the field below that the container will be carried on.

Sea-going vessel change

If there is a change in the sea-going vessel that will carry your container, this will not be updated automatically. You must implement this change manually yourself; otherwise, incorrect information will be shown for the relevant pre-notification.

You can change the sea-going vessel by clicking Details to the right of your pre-notification and then clicking Edit in the top right of the screen. For Secure Chain containers, the sea-going vessel is automatically populated within the pre-notification. This information is included in the Secure Chain dossier.
