Send an email to Douane.drh.maasvlakte.kwaliteit@belastingdienst.nl stating the reason why the deadline will not be met. Customs prefers to receive this email before the deadline has passed.
Customs may not issue a fine if the cause lies outside your organisation. It helps if you show Customs that you are doing everything you can to resolve it.
