As the main administrator, you are responsible for the organisation details registered with Portbase. Depending on the type of change, it is either implemented immediately or must be approved by the authorised representative.

Tips:
- Are you leaving the company as the main administrator? Assign a new main administrator via IAMconnected.
- Is your main administrator no longer employed? Use the change form to appoint a new main administrator.
- The authorised representative must have verified their identity in order to approve a change. Have they not verified their identity yet? If so, a request to verify their identity will be sent by email.
