Shunt process for the document type ENL / TNL in Portbase services

Follow the steps below to transfer non-EU cargo between terminals:

  1. The status of the ATO must be set to sea-in/sea-out (code 27). Upon ATA vessel, the REN document will be sent to the terminal via the Portbase service Notification Import Documentation (NID).
  2. The terminal submits the NID pre-notification (ENL) and the NED pre-notification (TNL). If the terminal requests the NID pre-notification from step 1 for the REN document type to be cancelled, this can be done manually in the NID service. Only the agent responsible for the ATO can do this.

Do not withdraw by changing the sea-in/sea-out status or by directly cancelling in the Cargo Declaration Import (CDI) service.

The REN MRN number will automatically be linked to the export manifest. Linking is independent of the terminal on the ATO. It also does not matter if the NID pre-notification for the REN document has been cancelled.
