Convert Transhipment B/L into an import B/L

To convert a Transhipment B/L to an import B/L, follow these steps in the Transhipment service:

• Cancel the REN. The REN MRN will be removed from the Export Manifest.

• Update the import status in Cargo Declaration Import (MLI) and resubmit.

• Change your NID (Cargo Declaration Import).

  • If the terminal has NID 2.0, withdraw your NID, make the changes and resubmit.

  • If the terminal does not have NID 2.0, contact the terminal, inform them, update your NID and resubmit.

With this action, the Sea in Sea out indicator label will not be automatically removed from Cargo Declaration Import (MLI). You will need to do this yourself in MLI.
