As a user, you can request an additional organisation role in IAMconnected. Some services use such an organisation role to grant access. Your main administrator or user administrator must approve the request.
Requesting an organisation role
- Check at the top of the screen in IAMconnected to see if you are logged in with the organisation for which you want to request the role.
- Click on Profile > Business details > Organisation roles.
- Select the desired role (see below for an overview of the options). It is also possible to select multiple roles and click on Change.
Your request has now been sent to the administrator(s) of your organisation. The administrator must approve this request before you can use the role.

To request this role, your organisation must have the type “Agent Shipping Agent”. This can be requested via our customer service. |
