Reporting T2L(F) documents is the same as the method you used previously with the Proof of Union Status (PoUS) scheme. The role you fulfil determines which option is applicable for your organisation:
Agent
You create a NID declaration for the document type ICT and supplement this declaration with the MRN number of the document.
Cargo stakeholder
You create a NID declaration for the document type FWV and supplement this declaration with the MRN number of the document.

Cargo Declaration Import
