Error message 'Exception situation, a technical error has occurred' in Notification Export Documentation

The message Exception situation, a technical error has occurred can have several causes. Regardless of the reason, you can try one of the following options:  

  • Review the document number and select the correct number that is unique to the service. Sometimes, using a generic number can cause an error message.
  • Add an extra date and then save the pre-notification again.
