These steps can only be carried out by the terminal.
If cargo has had a successful arrival notification, only the terminal can make changes in the service Notification of Arrival Export Containers. Portbase cannot adjust anything for you in this situation.
The terminal can adjust a pre-notification by following the next steps:
- In the main screen, find the pre-notification in the service Notification Export Documentation.
- Select Document number. A new screen opens automatically.
- Add transport equipment with the same booking number. Save the change.
It is now possible to adjust the pre-notification as required. Completely deleteing the pre-notification is not possible. In this situation, you can work with fictitious numbers.
