Edit pre-notification after terminal arrival in Notification of Arrival Export Containers

These steps can only be carried out by the terminal.

If cargo has had a successful arrival notification, only the terminal can make changes in the Notification of Arrival Export Containers service. In this situation, Portbase cannot make any changes for you.

The terminal can amend a pre-notification by following these steps:

1. In the main screen, find the pre-notification in the Notification Export Documentation service.
2. Select Document number. A new screen will open automatically.
3. Add a transport equipment with the same booking number. Save the change.

You can now adjust the pre-notification as needed. It is not possible to completely delete the pre-notification. In this situation, you can use a dummy or fictitious number.
