My Google Authenticator codes are not working for MFA

If the Google Authenticator codes aren't working, it's likely because the time on the app isn't correctly synchronised. Here's how you can fix it:

Synchronise time for Android phones

1. Go to the main menu in the Google Authenticator app.
2. Click on More (three dots) and then Settings
3. Then click on Time correction for codes and then Sync now.
4. On the next screen, the app confirms that the time has been synchronised. The codes from Google Authenticator should now work again.

Synchronise time for iPhone

1. Go to iPhone Settings
2. Select General and then select Date & Time
3. The option Set Automatically should be enabled
4. Restart your iPhone (optional, if the app still doesn't work)
