Changing an organisation name is done in IAMconnected. Only the main administrator of the organisation can change this.
The organisation name is retrieved from your local trade register. For the Netherlands, this is the Kamer van Koophandel. If your organisation has undergone a name change, you should first ensure this is correct in the trade register. Once the change has been processed in the trade register, you can retrieve it in IAMconnected.
- Go to the organisation management tab and click Update details to retrieve the new details.
- Go through the remaining steps by clicking next.
- Click confirm to implement the changes.
As the organisation name, we use the statutory name from the Kamer van Koophandel. In some exceptional cases, you can use a registered trade name. For this, please contact sales via sales@portbase.com.
