Register new organisation

Registering (signing up) a new organisation with Portbase is done via IAMconnected. How this works depends on your situation: 

  • Registering your first organisation;
  • Registering an additional organisation.

How this works is explained below for both situations.

On the page Register on the Portbase website you will find all the information about registering with Portbase. Below you can see briefly which steps you need to follow. Registration is only possible via the registration pathway

Registering an additional organisation

In most cases, a main administrator manages one organisation. In a limited number of situations, it is useful for a main administrator to manage multiple organisations.

To register an additional organisation, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to IAMconnected
  2. Click at the top of the screen on the name of your organisation. You will now see the option Add organisation.

Only an existing main administrator can register an additional organisation. After identification and approval by the authorised representative, they will also become the main administrator of the additional organisation.
