Introduction
This currently works for sFTP and AS2 connections. For authorisations for SMTP connections and APIs, you need to contact our Integration Services department.
Do you have a system interface with Portbase but another organisation manages this interface? Then you can authorise this organisation to manage this interface. An organisation that will do this for you must be registered in IAMconnected as type software supplier.
Authorise another organisation
You can set who manages each interface for you. Follow these steps to do so.
-
Open the PCS service System interface (EDIFACT/XML). You can find this in the Port Community System (PCS).
-
Click on the edit (pencil) option in the Software supplier field to make a selection.
-
Through the window that opens, you can make a selection from the list of software suppliers. Do you want to change the manager? Then choose another supplier or select the option No manager to manage your interface yourself.
-
Confirm your choice by clicking on Select. Your choice becomes active immediately.
Have you chosen to authorise another party? Then the details of the interface will not be available in your portal. They will be available for the authorised organisation in their System interface portal.
Inform your software supplier of your choice to ensure that your connection is correctly migrated and/or managed.
