Change container type as inland operator within the Secure Chain

For containers within the Secure Chain, inland operators can manually adjust the container type in the status request or pre-notification (for example, from 22G1 to 42G1). This means the cargo director does not need to make a new nomination each time there is a difference between the container type known at the terminal and the type registered with the carrier.
