Access to MyData

MyData is only available to users with the role main administrator or data manager in IAMconnected.

Do you see the message below in the top right of your screen when you open MyData? If so, you do not have the Data Manager role.

You only have access to the data services with the Data Manager role

This role must be requested in IAMconnected. Go to the article: 'Request organisation role in IAMconnected' for an explanation of how to request the Data Manager role.
