There could be several reasons why you haven't received an invoice. Usually, it's because the email address where the invoices are sent is incorrect or no longer valid. Therefore, check within your organisation who receives the invoices and whether this is still correct. After review, if you find that the invoicing email address is no longer correct, request a change via the online change form.
It may also be the case that you are yet to receive your invoice. After connecting to a service, you will receive an invoice within a week. If it takes longer, please contact us at finance@portbase.com. We always send the monthly invoice within the same month. The exact day varies each month.
