If you have forwarded the shipment to another party, it is possible to undo this. You can then withdraw the forward.
To do this, click on the selection box(es) of the correct container(s) and click the Cancel shipment button. The nomination for the selected container(s) has been withdrawn and there is no longer an active inland operator. You can now nominate another inland operator.
If you withdraw the nomination from a subcontractor, it is important to first withdraw the transport order to avoid unnecessary costs.
