API of request system interface

To create an API or system interface with Portbase, you need an IAMconnected account.

Don't have an account yet?

If you don't have an account yet, you can create one via IAMconnected. 

  • If your colleagues are already using Portbase, you can then link the account to an existing organisation.
  • If your organisation is not yet using Portbase, you must create an organisation in IAMconnected. 

Do you already have an account?

If you have an account, you can request a system interface via our website. 

Even if you already have access to a service, you must fill in the request form for a new system interface and pay any connection fees.

Request a system interface

  1. Go to our request form and select the desired service.
  2. At step 4, select the option web screens and system interface. The web screens are included at no extra cost. Indicate who our interface specialists can contact.

  3. Your request will be reviewed by Portbase. If everything is approved, you will be sent a contract. Once we have received the signed contract back, someone from our Integration Services department will contact you to set up the connection.
