My customer is a Portbase customer
If your customer already has a Portbase account, they should contact our sales department (sales@portbase.com) and submit a request. In the meantime, you can start development based on the developer information on our support website. The sales department will ensure that our colleagues from Integration Services receive the necessary information to set up an interface with the desired protocol. They will contact you about the configuration of the interface and can also grant you access to our test environment.
My customer is new to Portbase
The first step is for your customer to register a Portbase account and request access to the appropriate services. You can refer them to this article.
In the meantime, you can start development based on the developer information on our support website. After successfully creating an account and requesting services with a system interface, our Integration Services department will contact you with details about the interface. They can also grant you access to our test environment.
Integrating Portbase into software
If you are a software supplier creating software for customers and want to integrate an interface with Portbase, you can contact our sales department via sales@portbase.com. They can add you to our list of software suppliers. You can start development based on the developer information on our support website.
