What is the status of my service request?

The status of your service request depends on how far you are in the request process. After requesting a service via the Portbase website, there are still a number of steps that need to be completed.

  1. After your service request, Portbase reviews the details of your order. This review usually takes no more than 1 working day.
  2. Portbase sends the contract by email to your authorised representative. The authorised representative must sign this contract and return it to Portbase by email.
  3. After Portbase receive a correctly signed contract, Portbase connects your services. This usually takes no more than 1 working day, but is often completed on the same working day.
