The status of your service request depends on how far you are in the request process. After requesting a service via the Portbase website, there are still a number of steps that need to be completed.
- After your service request, Portbase reviews the details of your order. This review usually takes no more than 1 working day.
- Portbase sends the contract by email to your authorised representative. The authorised representative must sign this contract and return it to Portbase by email.
- After Portbase receive a correctly signed contract, Portbase connects your services. This usually takes no more than 1 working day, but is often completed on the same working day.
