Why is my register with Portbase rejected?

A register can be rejected for several reasons:

  • The identity check via CheckedID is not successful and is therefore rejected (for example, due to an unreadable photo of the identity document or an invalid selfie).
  • The person who has identified themselves is not the one selected as the authorised representative in the register.
  • The person registered as the authorised representative is not officially authorised.
