You can request a service via our website. Make sure you carefully determine which service you need in relation to the role of your organisation and the activities you want to carry out via Portbase.
- Find your service in our service overview. Click your target group to see which services are typically used by your target group
- From the service overview, click through to the service you want to request. Then click the blue request service button on the service page. This will jump you to a block further down the service page.
- Do you already have an IAMconnected account? Click login. After you login, you will automatically arrive in the Portbase sign-up flow. Go through all steps and confirm your service request. If you do not yet have an IAMconnected account, create account, link yourself to an existing organisation or create a new organisation. After that, you can request a service at Portbase.
