To gain access to services via IAMconnected, you must be linked to an organisation. Your account can also be linked to multiple organisations if you work for multiple organisations.
To link to an existing organisation, follow the steps below. You must be logged in to IAMconnected.
- On the home page, you will see link your account to an organisation for access to services.
- Click the blue button link to existing organisation.
- Enter the first letters of the company name (note: case-sensitive). IAMconnected will display the companies found. Select the required organisation.
- Click link me to this organisation
After your link request has been approved by your main administrator, you can request service or use the services that are available for your organisation.
Linking to an additional organisation or multiple organisations
Are you already linked to an organisation and do you also want to be able to login on behalf of a second organisation? Log in to IAMconnected and click the name of your organisation at the top of the screen. You will see the list of organisations you are already linked to. Click + add organisation and follow the steps above starting from step 3.
