In the event of a merger between different organisations, unfortunately, it is not possible to merge the organisations in IAMconnected and/or PCS. Each organisation is registered based on the Chamber of Commerce number and the details officially registered with the Chamber of Commerce. It is not possible to deviate from this.
Do you have an organisation where the legal form changes, for example, from a sole proprietorship to a limited company? Then you need to register the organisation again according to the registration process. You can then cancel the old account via the cancellation form. Always mention on the cancellation form that you have created or are going to create a new account.
