Granting or withdrawing user access to a service

This information is intended for the main administrator or user administrator role within Portbase.

You must specifically grant users access to services or withdraw access. Do this as follows:

1. Log in to the Port Community System (PCS)
2. Navigate to organisation management > user groups
3. Select the user group to which you want to grant a user access or withdraw access
4. To grant access, select a user in the left-hand pane and click the >> button.
5. To withdraw access, select a user in the right-hand pane and click the << button.
6. Click save to save the changes

It may take a few minutes before the user has access to a service due to the processing time in our system.
