A Pre-arrival Cargo Declaration Import (ENS-filing in accordance with ICS2 regulations) must in most cases contain so-called House Bill of Lading data. A House Bill of Lading covers specific parts of the shipment within the Master Bill of Lading and is issued by a forwarder.
Below is a schematic overview of the required House B/L data per filing type F10, F11, and F13.
