Limit the cargo directors list to trusted partners within the Secure Chain

These steps can only be configured by main administrators and user administrators.

Follow the steps below to set up a fixed list of cargo directors in Cargo Controller Import or Cargo Release Manager:

  1. Log in to Cargo Controller Import or Cargo Release Manager, go to the user menu on the right side of the screen and choose Manage data access.
  2. Go to the Trusted cargo director. tab. Here you can register your logistics partners. You can add multiple parties at the same time. They will not receive a confirmation of this register. This only works for the B/Ls that you both track in advance and after which your organisation receives the release.

We recommend using this option very sparingly and managing it actively. You can delete parties via the Delete button.
