Pre-notification not found in Hinterland Container Notification Road

If a pre-notification cannot be found in Hinterland Container Notification Road, there could be several reasons for this.

Can't find the pre-notification?

  • Set the filter date at From as far back as possible and search by container number.

  • If you still can't find it, contact the terminal to check whether the pre-notification is known there.

Do you find an earlier, incorrect pre-notification?

  • Delete this by clicking the check mark at the start of the row and then clicking Delete at the bottom.

  • Wait a few minutes so the terminal can process the cancellation.

Submit a new pre-notification

  • Then send your new pre-notification again (this was previously rejected with DUP).

  • If the pre-notification is rejected again with DUP, the earlier pre-notification has not yet been fully deleted from the terminal's system.
