If a pre-notification cannot be found in Hinterland Container Notification Road, there could be several reasons for this.
Can't find the pre-notification?
Set the filter date at From as far back as possible and search by container number.
If you still can't find it, contact the terminal to check whether the pre-notification is known there.
Do you find an earlier, incorrect pre-notification?
Delete this by clicking the check mark at the start of the row and then clicking Delete at the bottom.
Wait a few minutes so the terminal can process the cancellation.
Submit a new pre-notification
Then send your new pre-notification again (this was previously rejected with DUP).
If the pre-notification is rejected again with DUP, the earlier pre-notification has not yet been fully deleted from the terminal's system.
