  2. RST: Terminals: HCN supports updates of pre-notifications of inland vessels. RST still receives a cancellation and new original pre-notification from Portbase to support the RST terminal process.
  3. ECT and Euromax Terminals: HCN supports updates of pre-notifications. ECT and Euromax still receive a cancellation and new original pre-notification from Portbase to support the ECT and Euromax terminal process. Please note: if a discharge/loading list is closed, it is not possible to implement an update of a pre-notification.
