Via the Inland Port Dues Portal you can electronically submit declarations for inland port dues in Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Zwijndrecht, Papendrecht, Vlaardingen, Schiedam, and the jetties and quays of the Vopak Terminal Vlaardingen.

Register for Inland Port Dues
Not yet using the Portal? Then register here. When registering, you will create a Portbase IAMconnected account. You will use this to login to the Portal.
No IAMconnected account yet?
To create an account, you will need:
- A (business) email address
- A computer / laptop / tablet
- A smartphone (for example, an iPhone or Android device). This is required to set up MFA (Multi Factor Authentication). More information about setting up MFA can be found in the article Set up MFA.
When registering, you will enter a username.
When logging in, enter your username and not your email address!
Change email
We advise not to change your email. Inland Port Dues recognises your account based on your email. If you do wish to change your email, you must also notify the Inland Port Dues team. See the Port of Rotterdam website for contact details.
Afterwards, you can change your email in IAMconnected. For instructions, read the article Change password in IAMconnected.
