Start with Notification Bunkers

Logging in from your role

  • When you want to log in from the role of Bunker Operator, select Notification Bunkers (Operator).
  • When you want to log in from the role of Bunker Operator, select Notification Bunkers (Vessel).

The difference between the two services is; a bunker operator can view all bunker notifications for the relevant bunker operator. A vessel can only see its own bunker notifications.

Create new bunkering

To create a new bunkering, click on the tab Bunkering to open the bunkering screen. A vessel can add a new bunkering by clicking the button Add Bunkering.

Create new bunkering in Notification Bunkers

For a bunkering, a number of fields must be filled in:

  1. The service vessel. This is the vessel used for bunkering. The vessel can choose from the vessels for which the bunker operator has a licence. Once a vessel is chosen, it will be pre-filled for subsequent bunkerings.
  2. The visit. This is the visit of a seagoing vessel to a berth.
  3. The supplier.
  4. The expected start and end time of the bunkering. If these times fall outside the window of the visit to the berth, a warning will be displayed on the screen.
  5. One or more products to be bunkered. By clicking the button Add Product, a product can be added.
  6. By clicking Send, the bunker notification is sent.

Status feedback

After the bunkering is saved, it appears in the list of bunkerings. The latest bunkering is at the top. The status shows whether the notification has been correctly processed by Customs and the Harbour Master. If there is a green tick, everything has been processed correctly. If there is a red cross, something has gone wrong. In that case, hover the mouse over the red status icon to see what error has occurred.
