Navigating to and within the service
You can start Cargo Declaration Import 2.0 as follows:
- Go to pcs.portbase.com.
- Enter your login details.
- Select ‘Cargo Declaration Import 2.0’ under My services.
You will arrive at the overview of your vessel visits. The icons show the status of your declarations. Navigate to the Cargo Import tab. Here you will find an overview of the loading ports you have selected. Click on a B/L for detailed information.
Viewing the status of ENS and ATO
If you send an ENS for a B/L, you will see the status of the ENS for each B/L. You can see the status of the ATO per manifest or loading port. In the History you can see when the ENS and ATO were accepted.
Insight into who reported what and when
Click on the History link to see who did what and when for the vessel visit and cargo declarations. Click on the relevant line for more details. A new tab will open. The banner shows a previous status. Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate to the previous or next status. This allows you, for example, to check which consignments have been reported.
Refusing or adding overlanded containers to a loading port
Filter by Overlanded and then click on the Overlanded tab. Select the overlanded container(s) and either refuse them or add them to the manifest. Use the Refuse containers or Add manifest buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Managing warehouse license and address book
Warehouse license
- Navigate to Cargo Import
- Click on Warehouse licenses
- Click on a warehouse license to view the details, where you can also make changes and save
Address book
- Navigate to Cargo Import
- Click on Address book. Here you can manage your contacts. *You can then add these warehouse licenses and contacts as a party on the B/L
