Switching from the web version to the system interface

If a customer wants to switch from the web version to a system interface, the relevant service must be requested again via the Portbase website. Navigate to the desired service and click Request service.

During the request, the Web screens & system interface option must be selected. After we receive it, the request is checked by Inside Sales.

After approval, a new contract is sent for signature to the authorised representative of the organisation. Once the signed contract has been received, the order is forwarded internally to our integration specialists. They arrange the exchange of the required keys with the software supplier, so the system interface can be set up and activated.
