At the moment, you cannot manage SMTP integrations yourself. This functionality will become available from mid-August 2026 in the system interface (EDIFACT/XML) application. If you would like to have an adjustment made to your SMTP integration now, you can contact the Integration Services department via integration@portbase.com.
Introduction
Managing your integrations is done via the PCS system interface (EDIFACT/XML) service. You can find this in the Port Community Systeem (PCS). As a technical administrator, you can easily implement changes yourself here.
To ensure security, it is important that the right person is granted organisation access to this portal.
Getting access consists of 3 steps:
- Create an IAMconnected account
- Link to your organisation
- Get access to the portal via your PCS user administrator
Where do I manage my integrations?
You manage your integrations via the PCS system interface (EDIFACT/XML) service. You can find this in the Port Community Systeem (PCS).
Prepare integration
In the system interface portal, you will see an overview of your integrations. This is the place to configure your integration or to authorise your software supplier to do this. Via the Details option (on the right-hand side), you can view more information and settings for an integration.
Add or change email address
In the email address block, you configure the email address used for this SMTP integration. You can both add and change it here. Depending on the desired configuration for your message traffic (set by Portbase integration specialists), this email address is used for inbound and/or outbound message traffic.
An email address change becomes active immediately and replaces the existing email address.
