Change contact details in MyData

If actions are carried out in MyData to manage data access relating to your organisation, notification emails will be sent to alert you to this change.

By default, the email address of the main administrator is set for this purpose, as it was known when the organisation was granted organisation access to MyData. 

The email address of the main administrator is not updated automatically when a new main administrator is appointed.

To ensure that the emails for MyData are sent to the desired email address, the contact details can be changed in the following way

  1. In MyData, click the user details in the top right 
  2. Then click Organisation settings. Here, you can also change the organisation logo that is shown in MyData.
