Vessel information such as ETA, ETD, ATA and ATD vessel, cargo opening and cargo closing can only appear in Cargo Controler Export once the vessel has been linked to a pre-notification document (from the service Notification Export Documentation). We match this based on the booking number from the pre-notification.
As soon as the agent shares the loading list via Portbase, matching the booking number to the vessel becomes possible. In practice, this often happens one day before departure or on the day of departure.
Has the vessel not been linked yet? You can also link it manually via the Cargo Controller Export web screen. To do so, go to Add vessel and link the correct vessel to the booking.
