Last Wednesday, 3 June, there were disruptions in the chain relating to message exchange between the Portbase Community System (PCS) and the terminals Hutchison Ports ECT Delta, Hutchison Ports ECT Euromax and Hutchison Ports Delta II. During the day, there was an internet outage at APM Terminals Maasvlakte II, which led to a build-up of messages in the system and triggered a chain reaction.
We understand that such disruptions have an impact on the chain. Together with the chain, Portbase remains committed to improving its services, in which clear and transparent communication at the time of disruptions is important.
