It may be that you have not yet been nominated via the Secure Chain. As long as you have not receive a nomination from your client, there will also be no status request ready for you.
As a planner, it is possible to work ahead by preparing status requests for the containers for which you expect a nomination. Do you have questions about your nomination? If so, please contact your client.
