In the Vessel Notification service, on the Releases tab, you may receive a number of error messages from the terminal regarding commercial release. Below, the error messages are explained, along with advice on what you can do in this situation.
Duplicateorder
There is a duplicate release.
Advice: Delete the active release via the terminal’s platform and then submit a release again via Portbase.
Prevmsgnotfound
The follow-up message was not found.
Advice: Delete the active release via the terminal’s platform and then submit a release again. Make sure that the status in the Vessel Notification service, on the Releases tab, is not Declared or Cancel declared.
Unable to determine the collection to update
The terminal cannot update the collection.
Advice: Contact the terminal.
Unable to update act releaseorder
The terminal cannot update the release order.
Advice: Contact the terminal.
Found existing full release
There is a duplicate release.
Advice: Delete all active releases via the terminal’s platform and then submit a release again via Portbase. Contact the terminal if you encounter any issues.
Failed to post, because unit s related preannouncement is used
There is already a preannouncement for the container.
Advice: Contact the terminal.
Unable to update property eqequiptype for unit... in protected area
The terminal cannot update any data for this container.
Advice: Contact the terminal about the container.
Unit … for line … cannot be released by line …
It is currently not possible to release this container with this shipping line.
Advice: Contact the terminal.
Orderalreadyinexectution
The container is already being picked up.
Advice: Contact the terminal about the container.
No release reference found. Unable to determine the release reference for container …
There is no release registered at the terminal, so it cannot be updated.
Advice: Delete the active release via the terminal’s platform and then submit a release again, or contact the terminal about the container.
Container ID …, may have wrong check DIGIT ID … found and there is no equipment prefic setup defined
The container may have an incorrect check digit and the container is not recognised by its prefix.
Advice: Contact the terminal.
Found existing empty release
There is a duplicate release.
Advice: Delete the active release via the terminal’s platform and then submit a release again.
