If the status of the release remains on declared in Vessel Notification or in your own system, then something may have gone wrong. It may be that the release was not processed correctly on the Portbase side, or it may be that the terminal did not respond to the release. This can be caused by a disruption in the message exchange.
Is there a disruption?
You can check this on this website in the menu above. If it says All Systems Operational, then no disruption is (yet) known. If there is a disruption, we are working hard to resolve it. In that case, we will resubmit all releases that have “got stuck”.
If a disruption is known, you do not need to contact Customer Service. At that time they cannot provide any additional information. Keep an eye on the website status.portbase.com for updates.
Is there no disruption known? Then we recommend contacting Customer Service. Cancelling and resubmitting the release again at this moment does not make sense.
