It may happen that a train visit in Hinterland Container Notification Rail is not completed automatically and therefore does not get the status Completed. This can happen, for example, when a pre-notified container remains stuck in the operation.
If the train visit has not been completed, the actual Train composition is not made available. The traction provider needs this to carry out the final check before departure from the terminal.
What can you do?
Contact the terminal. The terminal can manually change the train visit to the status Completed.
